So the entire fleet of buses run late due to the desperate need of money ($750,000,000) for the Orange line construction debt, did you really think there was any other excuse for your cramped, packed, late bus?
I'm surprised no one has sued Trimet after they've been groped for an overcrowded unsafe bus.
The number one job function of a dispatcher is to keep the buses and trains on time, I guess the dispatchers are to caught up in that paid 30 minute uninterrupted rest period that they get per their union contract.
