This man robbed his union employees of their money when he illegally forced them to pay for health insurance in the years 2009-2010.

He has defied two court orders to pay them back!

This man robbed the Trimet treasury of $1 million at the exact same time he pleaded poverty, cut services, and raised fares. He and his complicit board of directors conspired to transfer that $1 million from the Trimet treasury into the pockets of already overpaid six figure executives. This was not a one time theft, this theft will be ongoing forever. One million this year rolls over into another million the next year, then the next year, and then the year after that forever. So that single robbery will end up costing tax payers tens of millions of dollars over time.
He has engaged in blatant cronyism, bringing back all of his old pals who are already getting fat retirement checks from Trimet tax payers handing them fat six figure salaries on top of their fat retirement checks. 
This man has put up obstacle after obstacle when media or private citizens attempt to obtain public records. To make matters worse he hired paid hacks to whitewash his public records department with half assed 'audits'

This man has shamelessly allowed his bus service to sink into disarray while building his 'light rail' and 'bridges to nowhere' that most of the citizenry will never get to use. There are less places you can get to on Trimet today than there were 20 years ago.

Bus and light rail service are so undependable and slow that Trimet has lost ridership while the rest of the country is taking transit  in record numbers.

This man has used the police state to terrorize his own riders and even more despicably to terrorize critics of his iron fisted regime.

He has tirelessly spewed negativity about his union employees into the public domain, complaining how badly they are 'overcompensated' while whining that his own 6 figure oligarchs are underpaid.

This man has reneged on contracts and agreements he and his predecessors made with retirees, creating hardships for them.

He employs an army of six figure executives who's sole purpose is to paint him as some sort of god like figure who is doing wonderful things for all of Portlandia.

People, don't fall for the propaganda, the man is not worthy of any respect.
