A driver writes

I had a 2900 that was equipped with insta chains that had normal chains mounted. Maybe TriMet knows that they aren't working. And it was a 3100 that created the big mess at Albertsons today. Once again, the most treacherous part of my route was trying to go downhill into the yard with a bus sliding sideways and narrowly missing the gates.  There were at least 4 operators sleeping in the bullpen when I got in tonight. One was sleeping on the floor in the corner next to the station agent window! What a bunch of dedicated fools.
