Well Joe I have to admit I am not a fan of the 3000 and 3100 but I was impressed with the performance I had with the bus using the drop down chains. While other busses were fish tailing with the regular cables I was able to pull out with ease. Experienced also plays a factor when driving in snow. Maybe not enough training by Tri Met when it comes to snow days is the problem.
