KGW coverage of the latest Trimet fiasco

Watching the tweets and various stories it seems like a 50/50 proposition. 1/2 the riders got badly screwed by Trimet the other 1/2 was pretty much satisfied . Mary Fetcsh's offered a lame 'thanks to the improvements in 2008 we could restore service faster now'. Complete BS those switch heaters and ice caps were supposed to KEEP SERVICE RUNNING but didn't. Once again they figure out a way to spin things so they don't look bad. I maintain that Trimet's lack of honesty is really the issue. They didn't warn anybody that they could be stranded for hours and they never do.
