Sorry, your run is cancelled

Center Garage was short at least 5 operators this morning.  Not only that, but one of the runs cancelled was 3002, which is the sole Estacada-Portland express trip!  If it did indeed not run (Powell could fill it), the alternatives get to downtown Portland much later and for some riders requires taking a different route (though from the same stops) and transferring.  Plus, this trip is believed to have a loyal following.

On top of that, it is likely that those riders (or anyone else) had no idea the bus was not coming, as the radio system was down from before 6 AM to about 8 this morning.
