It's no secret Bruce Hansen and Dan Martin are good friends. Certainly they had to think that nobody would find out about Dan's past.
The question now is, how culpable is Bruce Hansen and the former union attorney Lane Toensmeier for allowing Mr. Martin to hold a union office and allow him on the ballot for union vice president? If they are guilty of allowing Martin, then what is the department of labor going to do to enforce the law? Or did the DOL even investigate the connection between Hansen, Toensmeirer, and Martin?
According to this letter if Bruce had any knowledge of this he is guilty of a felony
You should be asking one of Shirley's new consultant's when he chaired the election committee why he did not find Dan in violation of D.O.L rules?
Hard to find out when Bruce Hansen and Dan Martin worked so hard to hide Martin's past. Someone should ask Lane Toensmeier about the meeting they had. The DOL didn't investigate deep enough.
Some people will believe Bruce's lies and some people will be intimidated the haters that follow him. I am neither and at least I have the balls to put my name on what I say.
