So what does this all mean. Because of Trimet's actions directly related to Mcfarlanes order I have sustained personal losses and want to recover these losses in court.
The arbitrator chose Trimet's offer WHICH WAS ILLEGAL and this court said so.
The arbitrator said as much in his ruling, Mcfarlane is lying to everyone and getting away with it.
