I think you may have taken that out of context. I believe he may have been referring to the overall operations agreement and not the funding.Moreover, they did get payroll tax rate increases that were supposed to pay for at least some of those expansions.Also note how the percentage of Streetcar funding has gone down from 2/3rds to half.
That is absolutely not what I hear Jason
