It looks like that homeowner just became either transit dependent or a landlord.
Jeez, they did not allow for a vehicle to ingress or egress on that large of lot, what a bunch of bull-chit!
I would have had a few cars parked on gravel up on that huge yard when I first heard wind of the new fence to sort of force myself a nice new driveway out of them.
