NOTE: Many of these alerts were written by
dispatchers who are not expected to be language experts, may not have
time to proofread, and make mistakes like all humans. They may have
many other tasks in progress at the moment, such as dealing with buses
that are already stuck due to the blockage or situations elsewhere.
While those errors probably should be forgiven, they can cause confusion
or problems for those who try to follow them.

17th and Ellis. Regular route!

[missing "left 27th" after "right Knapp"]
#70 LINE 70: the inbound stops at 32nd & 30th are closed PERMANENTLY.
Passengers can board stop before or after.
[which way is inbound on a cross-town line, and if it's referring to the stops on Broadway (the only ones that would make sense) it would also affect Line 77]
#4 Line 4 to Gresham: Regular route right at Kilpatrick and Brandon, Flaggers
will flag you through, one lane is open, use caution when going through.
#28 #31 #75 #152 LINES 28,31,75,152: there is a train blocking at 25th and

#31 #75 Lines 31,75 to Milwaukie Regular route to 24th and Harrison then right
Harrison, left 17th into right Harrison and regular route.
[this makes no sense; 24th is a side street that goes just over one block]
#15 #51 Lines 15 & 51. Due to construction at Washington and 4th, you will
need to get the attention of the flagger and he will flag you thru. Bus only.

Portland will not serve stops on N Interstate due to the Bridge to Brews race.
Use Line 4 stop on NE Wheeler at Multnomah (Stop ID 1097).
[So is Line 35 going to serve a stop that's closed for Line 4? Or does "NE Multnomah & Wheeler" for Line 4 really mean the Rose Quarter TC stop that's right before the intersection? Also, why does it say "5th/6th" when one direction is given?]
