Thousands of people suffer emotional abuse at the hands of Portland's public transit system. There is no place for them to go for redress.
The mainstream media is in Trimet's pocket.
The Trimet board of directors are nothing but sock puppets.
But some of us keep on fighting anyway.
The reason for that is that Trimet represents EVERYTHING that is wrong with our government.
@StumpToEmerald @BaseballJustice Maybe the bus passed up the wrong guy. Fucking happens. #TriMet being held accountable seldom happens.

@trimet I expect a call by the end of today w/ specific actions you took. I don't care if you normally disclose those. Disclose them to me.

@AlYourPalster 3 weeks since my complaint. Call from @trimet yesterday, just to tell me the driver hadn't been talked to yet. Super.

@TelemachusRome @UVGKassi @AlYourPalster Now I'm convinced the qualifications for @trimet customer service must be 1) breathing and 2) pulse
— Matthew House, J.D. (@BaseballJustice) April 21, 2015
@AlYourPalster that is going to change, no matter how long it takes me. I didn't come this far in my life to take crap from @trimet
— Matthew House, J.D. (@BaseballJustice) April 21, 2015
@TelemachusRome @UVGKassi @AlYourPalster @trimet They should consider exposure they'll get in my book & every presentation I make nationwide
— Matthew House, J.D. (@BaseballJustice) April 21, 2015
@TelemachusRome @AlYourPalster @UVGKassi I think @trimet has become complacent because they're used to riders who can't or don't fight back.

@AlYourPalster I don't run a race I think I'm going to lose
— Matthew House, J.D. (@BaseballJustice) April 21, 2015
@trimet Please tell me why my complaint hasn't been resolved 37 days later & why it's taken Jean Cook 10 days to follow up with me.
— Matthew House, J.D. (@BaseballJustice) May 7, 2015
@AlYourPalster @trimet of course I do. They are incompetent, immoral, gutless cowards.
