I don't know how they can function like they do.
All the information they have to have at the forefront of their minds and all the instructions they have to bark out constantly.
Working under pressure like that?
I'm not sure what they get paid but its not enough.
I never appreciated just what they did until I started listening to dispatch as much as I do now,
