DEATH ON THE MAX TRAIN

i was there to witness it and heard the train horn and saw the elder man and saw him with a smile like he was waiting for the max to go by but it didnt seem to be a suicide and then train passed and then didnt see him when he was 20 feet away from the train.i didnt see him in the middle of the track but he was close to get hit

That's what it sounds like.

They have cameras at the baseline crossing now so there should be no question what happened.
According to police there was a suicide note left behind.
Isn't it a strange coincidence to pick a crossing that had two previous fatalities to do away with yourself?
I find that hard to believe. If there was a note left behind, it should clear up the matter... if it is divulged by the authorities.
