DISPATCHER GIVES STUPID ANSWER TO OPERATORS REASONABLE REQUEST

This audio is repulsive, the dispatcher is ignorant, pathetic. You run a PUBLIC Transit Agency--this sickens me.
As the dispatcher said ," they can check the website". Self service is going rampant in private industry but that kind of customer service and response should not come from a public agency.
When the leaders of the agency have no concern for the customers, it trickles down to the bottom. Just like reaganomics. Except back then it was urine.
