ANYBODY THAT SIGNS ANY AGREEMENT ALLOWING TRIMESS TO GARNISH YOUR WAGES IS AN IDIOT
The only way Mcfarlane and his henchmen can collect any of his "true up" is if employees/retirees sign the form to let them do it! DON'T SIGN THE FORMS, LET HIM HUFF AND PUFF AND THROW HIS THREATS AROUND.
I just looked at this a little deeper, and TriMet expects to retroactively collect thousands of dollars from its front line employees? What a way to show its true appreciation of its workers. I didnt realize the whole picture until now, and I am disgusted!!
This is....really low. $100 PER PAYCHECK?? (assuming bi-weekly pay), thats $200/month, some people, Part Timers especially, may not be able to afford that, for something as simple as healthcare. Why doesnt TriMet, pay the retroactive costs, for hanging up the whole contract process, and start the health care packages anew with the arbitration date? Because it might dip into bonuses? I'm sure this won't affect Mcfuckhisemployees salary, so take care of your employees, your fucking light rail is being built against the will of the people already, so take care of your workers, for once.
Fuck you TriMet, your unethical, and a low-ball heartless piece of shit. I hope you and your execs fail, and disappear.
