I remember seeing on Twitter someone complaining that they had an issue with their bank every time they would use a TVM.
Plus, there's the issue of their being no card verification and people using stolen cards to purchase tickets they can sell for money.
And Roberta does seem candid in acknowledging the problem, but I agree her advice doesn't seem to make sense.
