Never ending self promoting propaganda
This is a great example of the nonsense that citizens of the greater Portland area are subjected to. "They" (the oligarchs) are giving "us" (the peasants) a Christmas present in the form of partially restoring some of the horrendous bus cuts that have occurred every year for the last 10 years. It is 'our' money in the first place and you can't give a 'gift' of other peoples possessions..
