There are always washouts during probation due to PA's, absence, etc. Do we really know that all 42% left by their choice?
Watch out now...with the latest batch of Training Sups and the one before that...I'd be impressed if they can tie their shoes by the end of training.
I think there's one girl there that talks nice to men to their face but then talks big time crap behind their back...watch out!
You old time trainers-these newbies ain't got any loyalty for you or anyone else!
