Multiple Trimet buses lost, hundreds of commuters late

Why? Because Trimet refuses to pay its operators to learn routes before they start a sign up.
Everything for the executives zero for the riders.

I have no idea what happened to the idea, but TriMet at least was considering some sort of route learning system. In addition, the CAD/AVL operator interfaces are map capable, and they do at least list upcoming stops.

same issue the only operators get paid are covers and only in new routes or new operators the rest learn at your off time and if you lost or off route written violation
the best solution is deadhead through that route every chance you get and if you get overtime is chance to learn at least you get paid time and half. imagine you report to work and given a new route and find out only when at start point of different route and you call in 'sorry we change your run '
the route was long , few riders, rural area , great schedule and great restroom at start of the route, my run was short route 10 km with lots riders and tight schedule , connection with train and the restroom at middle of route where all fares evaders will boarded my bus
