Because we all work for a government entity, there are certain records that TriMet is required to make available through Oregon’s Public Records law. Yesterday, at the request of The Oregonian, TriMet complied with Oregon law and turned over the public records which your information may have been a part of:
For ALL TriMet employees
· Name and gross pay for years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012
· This includes ALL union and non-union employees
In addition, for ONLY Non-Union TriMet employees
· Name, title, and taxable gross earnings amounts for 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012
TriMet is uncertain what The Oregonian plans to do with this information but wanted to make you aware of our duty to supply this information. For more on public records, visit TriNET.

THAT IS INDEED INTERESTING MAX!
So the question becomes:
WHY DID TRIMET FIND THE NEED TO LIE ABOUT THIS?
You should ask Joe Rose if we have this right. If TriMet is lying about this, then I'm sure it'll feed into some story of his.
Good idea, will do
I'll get more info tomorrow
