Traffic impacted on two Saturdays along SE Powell Blvd due to light rail construction

On the next two Saturdays, November 3 and 10, one lane of SE Powell Blvd eastbound will be closed between 13th and 21st avenues due to Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Transit Project construction work.
The lane closure will take place 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on those two days. All driveways and side streets will remain accessible, including the exit to southbound 17th Ave.
