That's the point, you don't know nothing and you get penelized for it.

I sent them an email about this, along with a small rant. They are giving everyone 3 months to change out tickets, and they just pulled this crap with the foil tickets. But at least they gave MORE time on the foil tickets. I have asked them for an extension of this, since many ticket holders are occasional riders, that is very little time to exchange tickets. I received an email back saying they are looking into this more, and havent heard anything further. Its been at least a week.
