Michael Anderson says that Trimet can use our general fund to take a bus load of people down to Salem

To me it seems highly irregular. Michael Anderson says its not. He knows more than I do I guess.

@apmargulies That ORS forbids electoral work (cmtes = campaign cmtes, I think) but explicitly says legislative lobbying by employees is OK.
