ELLEN FOX BLOG UPDATE

Lilia Montoya stayed 6 months longer then she should've. She was dishonest in every meeting, action, event...  She didn't understand the nature of our work and made it clear on several occasions she didn't care. She used the power of her position inappropriately to repeatedly create a hostile and bullying work environment. I believe in the very gut of my being that she was purposely planted in that position to bust moral - a professional Union Buster same as Stedman and HR Business Partners. I believe she is part of that group, if not directly on paper certainly in other ways which she makes no effort at hiding.
