FAIRNESS IN THE WORKPLACE

Does Trimet meet this criteria? When I was there there were many examples of rules being enforced against some operators and ig. nored for other operators. As far as I know I am still the employee who has ever been disciplined for HR-202 violations, a rule that was promulgated specifically for me.

The real problems developing in the long run is that the talented employees will eventually leave your company. People will always deal with rules or procedures they dislike when everyone else there have to deal with the same issues. Their tolerance for being treated unjustly or differently from others is not as high. The employees with fewer options will probably remain and just become less engaged with the company. This depletes the workforce to being mostly employees with no options and no desire to do better.
