Lane Jensen explains to me why he was sending those text messages

Before Lane Jensen ran head first into the Trimet killing machine he was confident that if he was persistent he could make these people provide him with an answer. This clip is part of the prosecutions evidence. The prosecution obviously is relying on the 'letter of the law' assuring the conviction of Mr Jensen. But as you see in this video he clearly states his intention is to get an answer.
Lars Larson said it best, can a public agency use harassment laws to avoid providing answers? I guess we will find that out at the conclusion of the trial.

Lane's evil, criminal intent is quite clear in this video. Soon a judge and jury will see it and come to understand that Lane is the victim of a TriMet witchhunt.

This video was made before Lane was arrested? In other words Lane had no idea that he was about to be arrested at that time. Given that fact his motivation is clearly not harassment. How can they justify this prosecution at all? All I can say is wow, how do they sleep at night? They tried to ruin his entire life over a couple of harmless text messages. I'm a little in shock actually.

The question is if this was a police action because he harassed her on her own phone, why did triment police sent to arrest? But really seems for me there should be less talk about this. I just don't understand his Attorny. I am at a loss about the whole thing
