THE WINDOW TO JOIN THE CLASS ACTION IS CLOSING

At the end of this month the case proceeds forward no new plaintiffs can be added after that time. It's quite amazing how many people are 'afraid' to join the law suit because of Trimet retaliation. People that work at Trimet work in a state of fear of the company they work for

Or.. perhaps not that many people are as anti-Trimet and really do like their jobs and don't really have any interest in joining a lawsuit. Maybe?

Nah, actually I've talked to and I know people that have talked to other people and the reason they give for not joining is they are scared of retaliation.

This suit is about fair wages and Trimet not paying for peoples time appropriately.

It's not a "I hate Trimet" deal.

We have plenty of plaintiffs right now as it is but EVERY SINGLE TRIMET Operator should be party to this suit

you need to stand up for what is proper !!! then to say you like your job at Tri-Met ... Hah , Hah .. Common really ??? You all can't be that blind to how they are side swiping us !!! They take more and more away , you complain under your breath , and don't go to union meetings ... If you / we don't fight you loose it all ... When you hear Tri-Met and Mc Farlin in the same sentence you should be afraid ... But that means stand up and fight
Its your decision .... Just my 2 cents ..

Some drivers spend 12 hours of each work day over at Trimet to be paid for 8 hours. None of that is fair and its abusive.

I was talking to an operator Friday and she said she was afraid or retaliation. The assistant to the attorney on the case told me that a LOT of operators have talked to them but are afraid of retaliation so did not join. I too was worried but as another member of the suit told me, "This is big boy court. They would be crazy to start retaliation against claimants".

There are so many ways for the people in charge at Trimet to come after us without making it look like retaliation. The littlest complaint can be turned into a big deal if one of the managers want to do that.

The company hates us as a group so I put nothing past them.

I want to sign but I am close to my ten years so don't want anything to get in the way of my retirement.
