Tigard vote means nothing to Portland oligarchs

I thought that Mcfarlane said he was gonna concentrate on buses, obviously I didn't read it carefully enough
The TriMet boss said his agency will follow the lead of the Metro regional government, which is in charge of the Southwest Corridor Transportation Plan to reduce traffic jams in the future. TriMet, he said, will put tracks, dedicated bus rapid transit lanes or regular bus stops wherever Metro plans for them to be installed.
In other words, if Metro tells them to run rails into Tigard, that's what they'll do, vote or no vote.
