CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
An RTA bus driver is involved in an altercation after one passenger refuses to make accommodations for another.
RTA's public relations department says that the incident happened at about 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, near East 156th Street and Lakeshore Blvd.
The driver was operating the #30 bus.
According to the report, a customer did not want to change seats after being asked to accommodate a woman with a stroller.
The operator was reportedly assaulted during the argument, but did not seek transport or treatment by EMS.
The passenger involved left the bus before Transit Police arrived.
The operator and the bus were taken out of service.

The operator should not intervene in dispute between passengers regarding a seat.. public transit first come , first served
politely remind the customer that courtesy seating for mothers...etc
