only the second time in five years, non-union employees will see an
average of 3 percent wage increase. There will be no automatic
cost-of-living increases. The wage increases will be based on

Second set of $1,000,000 of raises for management in three years and you FAIL to mention it.
So that is $2,000,000 per year going forward for management raises while the union is killing the company by trying to have the company honor, (a word TM mgt. has no clue about) prior agreements. You know, the union employees that have had no raises for two years and 3 pay cuts in that time.
