Actually the rich and corporate America have benefited very well since 2008; too bad the uber rich and corporate executives don't ride the bus is what your really trying to say.

Too bad we can't raise taxes on the rich and corporate America to help pay for some of these social programs like the bus and train to no where.

Previous recoveries were before we moved all of our manufacturing to China.
