A bus detour was sent out by dispatch by 4:05 PM:

And what's really bad is that it was rewritten for the public by 4:10 PM:

So the MAX alert writer (believe a PR person) was even ~15 minutes later than the bus alert writer (believe a marketing or IT person).
This is not the first time I've seen this.
