It turns out he was 50 cents short on the fare and she refused to give him a transfer. Really dumb move by her, if they paid a fare you should always give them a transfer period. Doesn't excuse the violence of that attack of course
but it's the principal..... I am sure she ill get some sort of award from Neil...Not. They will tell her she should have given him a ticket, and in this case they would be right.
