Leaning bench is an abomination

These absurd leaning benches. Trimet came up with the lamest of excuses for this, saying that benches on the sidewalks block wheelchair access. What a crock that is. I bet they couldn't produce one complaint of a bus bench blocking wheelchair access if they were asked, if they actually answered requests for information which they don't!
And how does this bench not violate ADA by providing no place for HANDICAPPED people to sit?
