So when is TriMet "listening" to the two-thirds of its ridership on the bus, about providing A/C units that don't overheat at 75 degrees, whose seat pitch doesn't make my legs go completely numb in three minutes, and that provide adequate seating for crush loads (read: articulated and/or double-deck buses)?
