I believe all of the busses that use the Ross Island are going to be routed over the bridge -- 9, 17, 19. I would lookup where I saw this, but I don't really care that much.

10 seconds of googling later (why doesn't Erik do this??)....

"Three bus lines currently mixing with traffic on the Ross Island Bridge -- the 9, 17 and 19 -- will move to the new bridge." (source -- from 2010).

The FEIS also states that 9, 17, 19 will go over the bridge. (pg 4-22).

Page 4-22. It shows projected transit trips over the bridge by bus. Footnote 2 says "Bus routes 9-Powell, 17-Holgate, and 19-Woodstock"

TriMet doesn't want to (or can't) make it 100% official until the usual service change process has been completed.

And besides, that's really the answer capital projects can give; they're not service planning.

Spoken like a true blue bureaucrat Jason.
