So what the hell happened to the $3.6 million dollars that Trimet owed its union workforce?

So the new contract says Trimet should pay back $450,000? So where is the $3.6 million?

As part of the original arbitration award, Arbitrator Gaba ruled that TriMet must refund $3.6 million in premiums that employees paid prior to the arbitration award. (notice how Trimet ignored Gabba's order)

This doesn't appear in the latest 'contract offer'
