W-P-G is a

The workforce is most productive, and morale is highest, when there is symmetry between the practices an organization follows and the values it espouses. Too often, the press of responding to other priorities result in disjointed workplace practices, policies, and procedures. Gaps and conflicts arise, which increase an employer's exposure to employment practices liability claims and grievances. Worse, workplace practices piecemealed together over several years, and by a variety of authors, no longer may reflect the organization's core values. Often, an outside professional with a 360-degree perspective is needed to see the disconnect and offer better solutions.
