And that's TriMet's fault how?
They blow it on their own often enough and give you huge amounts of blog fodder without you having to make stuff up that is out of their control.
It's not rocket science! They built the max line over an ancient bridge. That is 100% there fault
But wait! The brain trusts over at Trimet built a brand new bridge that won't be subject to delays for a light rail line that nobody is even using yet!
AND, nobody can even use that bridge but the light rail line to the little town of 20,000!
BRILLIANT!
