This award comes from the AMERICAN PLANNING ASSOCIATION whoever the hell they are. Some special interest trade group that exists to support planning projects I imagine. Trimet is most likely a member

Oh yes Portland is soo great with its fancy street, but in all 3 categories, Portland has one spot, Seattle managed to secure two, one in each of the other categories, one of which mentions the numerous Metro Buses that stroll nearby.
